In 2024, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai reinforced its social and humanitarian commitments by executing 63 local and international projects, positively impacting 29.224 million people worldwide.
Extending Aid to Those in Need

RTA’s humanitarian programs focused on providing rapid relief assistance in response to global crises, supporting orphans, low-income families, and people of determination within the UAE.
Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of the Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector at RTA, emphasized the authority’s commitment to social responsibility:
“RTA is committed to promoting social cohesion and preserving humanitarian principles through corporate social responsibility. In line with the UAE leadership’s vision, we work to provide assistance to those in need by partnering with different organizations and groups.”
Aligning with UAE’s “Year of the Community – Hand in Hand” Initiative
RTA’s initiatives align with President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Community” under the theme “Hand in Hand”, which aims to foster collaboration and sustainable philanthropy to build a stronger society.
Participation in the “Mother’s Endowment” Campaign
Further demonstrating its commitment to social welfare, RTA participated in the “Mother’s Endowment” campaign, launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. This initiative honors mothers’ contributions and highlights Dubai’s dedication to philanthropy and community well-being.
With over 29 million beneficiaries, RTA continues to play a crucial role in enhancing lives and upholding the UAE’s humanitarian values.
